Championsgate holiday villa rental - Florida family vacation home near Disney

WELCOME TO OUR WELL CARED FOR VILLA OFFERING A VERY WELL PRESENTED HOME WITH MANY ACCESSORIES. The Abbey at Westhaven is a small select gated community with only 58 executive homes, a mix of residential and rental. The surrounding area is orange groves and a wildlife conservation area. We are very conveniently placed within only 10 minutes to Disney, close to the I-4, and 3 minutes to the prestigious Champions Gate area, including Greg Norman Champions Gate Golf course, there is a Publix supermarket in a parade of shops, 3 minutes away. Also nearby is Orlando's only 5* Omni Hotel, Being close to main routes, US27, I-4 and HWY 192, making this a very desirable location to be in for planning your days out, visiting the parks, retail shopping and beaches. We are a family of four owners who take great pride in our Villa, we are hands on upgrading every year and if time allows, it will be twice a year. All our Photo's are recent no surprises. Our villa has been upgraded to a high standard, with quality and comfortable furnishings. Ceiling fans in all rooms, as a extra to the Air Conditioning, for added comfort in those warmer season's , the villa has just had new carpets throughout. A short stroll away, is our newly opened Community Clubhouse, offering a Gym, Large out door swimming Pool, Tennis and Volley ball courts, for your use whilst you are staying in our Villa. 'The Abbey' was featured in the UK TV programme 'I Want That House'. Showing what a lovely community it is, with the beautiful landscaping, block paving and well kept gardens. When you drive up to Westhaven you know you are going to be staying in a lovely area. Very important, Our home is not just a rental but a place where you can relax after a hetic day at the parks or shopping.

The Abbey at Westhaven is privately gates well maintained with landscaping and block paved paths, located just north of the intersection with US27 and Interstate 4. where you will find a small community of around 60 rental and residential properties, bordering a conversation and orange grove area. For guests and owners use only, there is a communal clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, volleyball pitch and even a gymnasium. Also, with so many first-class golf courses (ChampionsGate) within the locality, this area is an absolute must for golfers! When visiting the theme parks, access through to Walt Disney World is via Interstate 4, with Seaworld, Universal Studios and the airports all accessible further north. The Lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, with a four and three seater sofas plus two matching armchairs, a centre coffee table, with side tables and lamps. The room is dressed with contemporary art, ornamental vases and pots. There is a large 46 inch flat screen TV and CD player both housed in a dark wood modern unit, plus we have WIFI Internet for your use. There are Patio doors leading out from the Lounge onto the Pool deck. The Villa has a formal dining room with a large wood table, dinning chairs, seating eight comfortably. Less formal dinning is in the kitchen nook with a table and chairs seating for four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and small electrical appliances. There is plenty of table ware, cooking utensils, etc. more than enough for family catering... We also have a UK essential, an electric kettle, a must have! The spacious master bedroom with en-suite comprises of a large dressing table with mirror, 2 bedside cabinets, with lamps. A door leads into a large master bathroom, with a large shower unit, double vanity sink unit, large bath tub and privacy WC. Off the bathroom is a spacious walk in closet. Patio doors lead out onto the pool deck. A second master bedroom with en-suite, comprises of a dressing table, with mirror, lamp, built in closet. There is an adjoining bathroom which has a walk in shower, single vanity sink unit and WC. There are two twin bedrooms, one themed with Tinkerbell the other with racing cars. Each of these bedrooms have two single beds, a drawer unit with mirror, and a walk in closet. We have a change of bedding for both rooms if a more adult bedrooms are needed. (Please request this when booking) A third bathroom serves the 2 twin bedrooms.

Outside Area:The villa has a large pool deck and lanai which offers plenty of space for the large dinning table and chairs, comfortably seating 6 people, plus another smaller dinning table and chairs seating for another 4 guests. A very important factor is having plenty of outdoor seating and sun-loungers for everyone. The large covered lanai is essential for shade, allowing everyone to enjoy the lovely pool deck. The pool is southwest facing, perfect for the sun, with a spa and pool lights, A peaceful, relaxing area to spend time in, with scenic views and gardens,
