Two beautifully furnished bedrooms, a large living space, beautifully designed kitchen and bathrooms and a glorious covered terrace in a fresh contemporary interior design with wood floors and slate finishing, built-in closets and cabinets in a slightly Asian design. Everything is brand new, completed in March 2009 and designed and furnished for comfort, convenience and beauty. Cotton sheets and towels are provided, reading lamps and other comforts are well thought out. Five gallon fresh chilled or hot water is neatly located in a built-in cabinet and pantry. River views, lovely furnishings and tableware and artful pieces, make this a tranquil environment.

Outside Area:Pass down the tree lined street of mansions and turn left to the end of a charming cul-de-sac with the river just beyond. You pass through the gate and up the steps onto your terrace and you stop to take in the breathtaking view of the tropical paradise and the Saigon River.
