Cocoa Beach vacation condo - Self catering holiday condo rental

This awesome, beach front spot is located in Cocoa Beach, Florida. World famous for surfing, fishing, NASA space center, Cruise ports, Beach front restaurants, shops, Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks and so much more. Cocoa Beach is the closest salt water beach to Orlando, Florida. Orlando is where Disney world and other major attractions are located. If you love the beach, we are it. This condo is a huge, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 complexes next to the Cocoa Beach Pier. It sleeps 8 comfortably. It has a beautiful view of the pool and beach. There is covered parking and extra parking. There is a balcony that has an eating area and an electric grill for grilling any fish you may catch! This spot has everything you need for a great time on the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, fishing poles, golf putting irons and golf balls, (there is a small putting green next to the pool), DVD library, games, books, plus more. The location is ideal for visiting the world famous attractions then coming back to your beautiful, beach front spot. The Master bedroom has a big, king size bed, bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, full size washer and dryer, dressers and drawer space. The second bedroom has 2 big double beds, a futon that folds out to a bed, Flat screen TV and a full bath with a flat screen TV. The living area has a huge living room, plasma TV, balcony with extra seating and an electric grill. There is a large kitchen with a breakfast island, plus complete, full size appliances. There is plenty of counter space and seating. The kitchen also includes small appliances such as a blender, toaster, mixer, microwave and more. This complex is a U shaped complex. We are located in the middle part of the U looking out over the pool and beach. It is an amazing place for a perfect vacation!

Cocoa Beach is the closest salt water beach to Orlando, Florida. Disney World, MGM studios, Universal Studios, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Wet & Wild water park, so much more. These attractions are in Orlando, FL, about 45 min. from the condo in Cocoa Beach. About 10 min. from the condo is the Kennedy Space Center, (NASA), where there are shuttle and rocket launches all the time. Launches can be seen right from the beach! This awesome place is located about 2 complexes from the Cocoa Beach Pier. The pier has plenty of water sport rentals, fishing, restaurants, a bar & grill, but most importantly, a tiki bar at the end that serves amazing pina colada's. There is also air boat rides that has alligator tours, para sailing, fishing boat charters, along with plenty of surfing. Surfing is the major attraction in cocoa beach, along with the Kennedy space center. There is Ron Jon's surf shop, world famous, open 24/7. There are hundreds of restaurants, grocery, shops, sports, cafe's, beach bars and attractions near this place.

Rental notes: Deposit is due at time of booking. Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to check in. Last minute bookings accepted with credit card payment only. There is a 2.9% processing fee for credit card purchase. When we receive your full payment, we will send you a complete packet of directions and instructions that will give you details on getting there and staying there. Check in is 4:00pm or after. You can check in before that if the cleaning is completed. Check out is 11:00 AM.

Inside there are 2 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large king bed, bathroom with shower, full size washer and dryer, Flat TV on wall, DVD player, Dresser and drawer space, Beautiful view of pool and ocean. 2nd bedroom has 2 large dble beds with feathertop mattress pads, fine linens. Futon folds out for extra sleeping. There is a flip down flat screen TV in this bedroom that is located in a small sunk in closet above the futon. This bedroom is serviced by a large, full bathroom with a flat screen TV. There is a closet between the bedroom that has all the extra linens and beach towels. This is a town house floor plan, yet this is a condominium. The living area is on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Storage of all the beach equipment is located in the closet, under the stairs. The large living area has a balcony that over looks the pool and beach. There are sliders that walk out onto the balcony that includes extra seating and small plants that I hope you will water when you get there. The kitchen is awesome. It is has all the full size, new appliances. The refrigerator is a side by side that has an ice maker in the door of the freezer. The dishwasher is digital and the stove is electric with a microwave above it. There is a blender for frozen drinks on the counter. All the counter tops are granite. There is a small bathroom next to the entrance. Looks like a closet door, but it's a small bathroom.
