This spacious holiday villa is mainly on one level, situated on a 2,500 sq.m. plot with views across the valley. There are 6 bedrooms a master king ensuite, two double and three twin. They are tastefully furnished to a high standard. All have ceiling or mobile fans for the summer months and electric mobile radiaters. Casa Ladera is located on the pine clad slopes of `Montgo' mountain with views across the valley, The Villa boasts it's own private tennis court, 8m x 4 m pool with spacious sunbathing terrace, citrus orchard, garden, a well appointed BBQ with terraced seating area. Parking in the villas own ground for 4 cars.

This select, beautiful and well preserved seaside town is ideal for families and lies 75 minutes drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport, just off the ASP-7/E-15 toll motorway on the Costa Blanca. Steeped in history, Jávea is overlooked from the north by the Montgo mountain, famous for the cave they call it's 'eye'. It is said locally: 'If you gaze into the eye you will be besotted by the area and will return year after year'. The region is known as the 'oasis of Spain', with an abundance of olive groves, almond trees, citrus fruits, vines and pine forests making the area green all year, despite the average 300 days of sunshine. Jávea is a popular holiday resort and the old town has maintained it's whitewashed buildings and narrow streets; combined with the nightly fish markets in the port, Jávea reflects an unspoilt part of Spain. Rental notes: Note on pricing: We only show rates for 1 to 8 people, pleas ask the owner for the surcharge for 9 plus people. Our weekly rental charges, these are from Saturday to Saturday for five bedrooms. Prices include, Gas, Electric, Mains water, swimming pool cleaner, gardener, Linen (changed weekly). Please note: Beach/pool towels are not included. The balance with £300 bond added, is due 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement date without exception.

An entrance from the Naya leads to an L shaped lounge/dining room with an open fire for winter months. At the right end of the lounge area is the master en-suite bedroom; to the left of dining area is a modern, well equipped fitted kitchen and a further 5 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. All rooms are tastefully furnished and we trust you will have a peaceful holiday.

Outside Area:garden, terrace, barbecue, parking, tennis court, 12 garden chairs. A spacious ’Naya’ runs along the South-facing front of the villa and has traditional ’Tosca’ arches; this is where you will find a welcoming cool evening breeze, and a place to relax with your favourite glass of wine
