Our condo is in a small 48 unit complex and is near drug stores, restaurants, and shopping centers in New Smyrna Beach.
We have happy guests that come back year after year.
Our ocean front (heated in winter) pool is sparkling and deep. - (has a kiddies pool for little guests.) shuffle board and a shaded area for those who want it.
We have furnished the unit so that it is comfortable restful, yet resort like atmosphere. King Pema pedic mattress, whirlpool bath tub, hair dryer, ice maker, glass top stove, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, lounge chairs and a 27" t. v.
All that our guest's need to bring is their clothes, toiletries and food.
I almost forgot, the view is remarkable-only a corner unit with no building alongside and 2 sets of glass doors can achieve, enabling you to see the beach and the surf for a long way from the kitchen and living room (bed room too)..while on the balcony you can see the sunset, to the west!

Location of this Florida oceanfront holiday home.
We are a quiet, peaceful town with many places to go and enjoy. A modern Shangrala. The little shops and Eateries in old downtown are delightfull.We have a Museum in N.S.B. and daytona. that has been updated very interesting.
An historic lite house, on the other side of the ocean inlet is fun to see and climb for the physically able. Can watch the fishing boats come real fun; they always have great catches.
The race tracks are in Daytona beach and New Smyrna off of #44. Golf clubs & Gambling ships, every where. Daytono beach is a short drive away with lots of excitement, if you want it.
Canaveral national sea shore has trails and pristine beaches and parking) is to south and butts up to cape kennedy.straight out atlantic ave.(route A.1.A.)
