"The Cottage", the former farmhouse is a detached 3 bedroomed cottage that has been renovated and tastefully decorated throughout. It features stone walls with solid oak beams, and retains all its old charm and character. Clients staying in "La Ferme" enjoy their own wisteria shaded patio, terrace and garden area with patio furniture and own barbeque. Linen and towels are provided.

There are supermarkets, shops, bakeries and restaurants only a short drive away in the towns of Eymet and Lauzun. The area itself is renowned for its fishing, canoeing, delighful countryside and historic buildings. It is an ideal location for walking, horseriding and cycling in peaceful surrounds. Nearby activities include: flights on balloons, microlights, cycle tracks, quad bike circuits and 'velo rail' pedal bogies on railway tracks. Canoes can be hired locally by the hour, half day or full day. The more adventurous may wish to try the massive river Dordogne starting next to its confluence with the river Vezere at Limeuil. The views can truly be described as world class. The nearest international airport is Bergerac (20km), although the airports of Bordeaux, Limoges and Toulouse are close enough for your consideration. Rental notes: Full payment including a damage/loss/excess cleaning deposit of £100 must be made 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. A booking agreed less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date must be paid in full. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking form and deposit. Your confirmation will include an invoice which will detail the balance of the cost of the accommodation (less the booking deposit) plus the damage/loss/cleaning deposit of £100.

A large farmhouse style open salon and kitchen with modern storage units, gas cooker, family size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a log burning stove set into the original fireplace and an electric convector heater. The lounge contains three sofas and a television set with video and DVD player. There is a dining area with table and chairs as well as patio furniture for alfresco dining. A doorway leads from this open plan area to the downstairs double bedroom with its adjacent small sitting room. The shower room with toilet and wash hand basin is virtually en suite for the downstairs bedroom.
