Whether you require authentic sushi from JoTo, a fisherman owned restaurant, authentic Italian from Cafe Gabbiano, a special dish from Siesta Key's own Blase Cafe, or a New England meal from the Lobster Pot your palate will be impressed. We don't take food and beverage for granted on Siesta Key, our expectations are high.

This condo is appointed with comfort and the allergy sufferer in mind. The floors are Pergo bleached pine where dirt cannot hide. Condo has central heat and air conditioning with filter changed each month. Our cleaning personnel are diligent in providing a very thorough cleaning between guests, with Nann and I performing an inspection after each cleaning to guarantee that our high standards are met. All doors and windows in our condo and building have been recently replaced to meet the new standards of safety in Florida. Nann and I live right next door to our condo and make sure your condo is properly prepared for your stay. 200 sq. ft. of open balcony is furnished; 4 swivel rockers around the glass topped table, 2 chaise lounges, large umbrella and stereo speakers. New gourmet open kitchen complete with herbs and spices has all of the amenities to make your holiday perfect. Efficient kitchen layout allows you to easily access hanging pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The dishwasher, with soap provided, makes cleanup easy. Living Room has a large comfortable chair with an ottoman, large sectional sofa with a queen-size sofa bed that includes a comfortable full thickness mattress for the kids or guest. 36" Sony TV with DVD, VCR, Bose custom 2 zone music center with CD, AM/FM radio and custom Bose speakers provide music and videos of your choice from the growing library of CD's and DVD's. King-sized bed in this spacious bedroom and the window will let in the morning sun to start your day. Custom ceiling speakers and wall mounted volume control give you full control of your music choices and TV with DVD player lets you enjoy your favorite movie or TV program in while in bed. Bose Wave Clock Radio will also play through the ceiling speakers.

Outside Area:Sunset Royale is located at the beach and the weather is warm, sunny and dry. Property is landscaped and has outdoor grill for cooking. Spend your day on the sand or in the water. That's why you came here is it not?
