Our rental villa is located in central Florida in the prestigious Hampton Lakes Estates, only 15 minutes from the famous Walt Disney World. The community is nestled among oak tree line streets and boasts over 600 Palm trees which, adourn our wonderful community. Community and communal facilities include a large swimming pool, two Childrens play areas, a volleyball court, two tennis courts and two basketball courts. Access to all Orlando’s world famous attractions could not be easier, it only takes around 15 minutes by car to reach Walt Disney World.

It is one hour from the East Coast beaches and one and a half hours from the west coast. It is central for all restaurants and supermarkets, with a Publix and a Walmart just 5 minutes away. Rental notes: We require a Security Damage Deposit Fee of 250 US. This will be returned after check-out and no damages or issues have occurred. Electric Pool Heat per day: 25 US or 175 US weekly Recommended (October to April months). NOTE: Pool heater may not work effectively if temperature drops below 55 degrees, pool heater is still using electricity, so no refund will be given.

The fully air-conditioned villa is composed of two master en-suite bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, lounge area.
