Lucca holiday house in 19th-century villa - Tuscany vacation home

Casa O is a 19th-century, fully restored, stone house with three floors (100 square metres approximately)located in the village of Pascoso (district of Pescaglia, province of Lucca,Tuscany), in the Apuane Park, 2321 feet above sea level.In short, the house is made up of: 1 large kitchen with fireplace, 1 living room (with a sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 queen-bed room and 1 twin-bed room), 1 bathroom (shower), and 1 laundry (pantry) room. The front door takes you into the hall, where there are the kitchen (on the left side), the living room (on the right) and the stairs, which leads to the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The house is nestled on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other; therefore at the ground floor there is another room (with independent entrance) which is used for a laundry. From the patio,you can go to the private garden (approximately 100 square metres), where there are a table, chairs, sun-umbrella, and BBQ.The house is fully furnished with all new or antique pieces (Tuscan pieces from the 18th and 19th centuries). We have provided a television (satellite), DVD, radio and CD player. Unfortunately, we have not yet installed a telephone (there is a public phone in town if you don't have a mobile), but telephone, computer, and internet access are available at our office (not more than 50 metres away). A central heating system (oil-fired) has also been installed. And, naturally, a working fireplace adorns the kitchen!

Pascoso is an ideal stay for nature's lovers. However, it is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany (Lucca,Pisa,Florence,Siena, etc., and beaches (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio,which are among the most famous Italian beaches) are no more than 30 miles far.Furthermore, the house is situated under an hours drive from many of Italy’s finest and most picturesque golf courses. Golf Alisea - 32km -30 mins,located in the lovely country surroundings of Pietrasanta, which is the centre of art and culture. Montecatini Golf Club - 37 km -35 mins Situated in the Tuscan countryside, this 18 hole golf course has been built in the hilly countryside;Club Golf Montelupo - 40 km -40 mins; the Tirrenia Golf Club (9 hole). The Cosmopolitan Golf & Country Club (18 hole) and Golf Club Fontevivo (18 hole) are all easily accessible and within 1 hours drive of the house. Anyway Pascoso's finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed.

Rental notes: Rental prices are ALL INCLUDED (gas for cooking, water, electricity, linen, towels, table cloths, baby bed, highchair, mountain bike, wood for fireplace [50 kg], detergents etc) EXCEPT gas for central heting in winter (13 Euro per day, if used) and final cleaning (40 Euro)
