As our apartment is situated in a green and peaceful residential area you can have fully peaceful holiday, plunged in the Chianti Classico hills, together with an excellent wine and top quality olive oil and the traditional Tuscan cuisine.

In the Medioeval Village of San Donato in Poggio there is "Casa Nel Chianti". It is a recently built flat fitted with every confort. It's half way between Florence and Siena, in an ideal and strategic position for any destination and interest. San Donato in Poggio has got roman origins, however the present settlement is dated back to the Middle Age. In 1176 it was chosen as place for the treaties of peace between the two rival republics of Florence and Siena. The village keeps safe its original structure.

Rental notes: Add extra 150 Euro for each following week after the first one that you mean to reserve. 150 Euro must be deposited on bail for any damages and/or missing things. The price is 600 Euro per week - Epiphany, Easter, Pentecost. The price includes: Water supply, electricity, gas, kitchenware and kitchen equipment, hot water. Bed linen and towels.

The flat is 110 square meters large and consists of a large living room, a dining room, a double bedroom, a bedroom whith two single beds, the kitchen, a wide verandah and a small attic looking onto the living room (in which it is possible to get ready two extra single beds).

Outside Area:The very confortable parking lot is situated just in front of the house.
