La Sella Golf course (18 holes, soon to be 27 holes) is located on the slopes of the Montgo. It is surrounded by woodland and hills with pine, orange and almond trees adding fragrance and colour to the course and area.
The towns of Javea and Moraira, with their beautiful and picturesque harbors, complement the excellent facilities and shopping of nearby Denia, a typical Spanish town. Denia is also known for it's miles and miles of white sandy beaches, and of course the usual opportunities for water sports.
The area is also close to various theme parks such as Terra Mitica, Mundomar and Aqualandia - all within a 30 minute drive.

The apartment is very comfortable with double glazing and central heating with individual room controls for the cooler months. The living areas open onto a private patio.
The living room is furnished with designer furniture and has a very large modern (but very comfortable) double sofa bed. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a bar with mini fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The bedroom has two large single beds which can also can be made into one large double. The en-suite bathroom is very spacious with separate shower.
