The estate house was built in 1994 and has since enjoyed an elite group of guests beginning with Warner Brothers premier stars who stayed at Runningwood while filming a new Warner Brothers production. Since then the property has been used to host and entertain high profile wedding ceremonies and fundraising events. Runningwood is a private and gated property with restricted access for security and media control. The property is available to rent for a wide spectrum of events

Nestled between the rugged Pacific Coast on the west and rolling hills and mountains on the east, Sonoma offers a grand landscape of beautiful valleys and winding roads to explore. Visitors may taste wines at grand châteaus or small converted barns; sample fresh fruits and vegetables along farm trails; enjoy a matching of Sonoma wines and foods prepared in the friendly atmosphere of our fine restaurants and then retire to elite Runningwood Ranch, overlooking the valley. Each winery in Sonoma Valley utilizes the basic winemaking process described above, adding its own particular nuances and methods in attempting to create a wine of distinction. It is for this reason, among others, that Chardonnay tastes differently from one winery to another. Sonoma Valley winemaking is a science, and an art, and the hand of the winemaker can be tasted in every bottle.

Rental notes: November to April minimum stay is 3 nights. Rate does not include utilities or Sonoma County Occupancy Tax (9 percent). Renter is responsible for propane, electrical and water charges incurred. Cleaning fees are assessed upon departure on a case by case basis

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and twin bedroom. Each bedroom has TV, living room has fireplace and dining area, large kitchen has all cooking utensils.
