There is also a games room with pool table, air hockey table, and dart board. There is also a Wireless router for high speed internet access. The south-facing pool area has ample seating and bathing areas to catch the Florida sun! After a long day at the attractions you can come home and relax in the private spa. This home is in a perfect location, within a ten to 15 minute drive of Disney and very close to many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses, and many other Central Florida attractions.

This Executive villa is situate on The Retreat, Legacy Park, just off Highway 27, 2 miles south of Highway 192 Kissimmee. Situate just off highway 192 it is in a quiet location yet within minutes you are in the heart of all the attractions with Disney only 15 minutes away with restaurants, shops. There is a Publix Supermarket (1 mile) and the famous WAL-MART only a two minute drive, Walmart being a 24hour store. Amenities in the immediate viscinity include a petrol Station, Major Banks, Quality Restaurants and Takeaways. Three major golf courses within a 2-7 mile range.

My home is fully air-conditioned plus ceiling fans in all rooms for total comfort and relaxation. There is a lounge/dining area where adults can relax and chat plus a Family room with Cable TV, dvd, video where the children can keep entertained. The Kitchen is fully equiped and has a dining nook looking out to the pool area. There is a TV in every bedroom! The bedrooms comprise: The master bedroom which has a beautiful king size bed with large matching dresser and mirror, night stands, cable TV, radio alarm clock, large 10ft by 5ft walk-in wardrobe and with en-suite and vanity unit, large well lit mirror, shower, roman bath and toilet. The second master bedroom is a Queen room and features a queen bed and large closet, chest of draws and night stands, lamps, radio alarm clock with en-suite bathroom and overhead shower. There are two twin rooms, both feature two twin beds and night stand and draws, lamps, radio alarm clock and closet and is decorated in a Disney theme and the other in a butterfly theme... a Childs delight. There is a third bathroom with vanity unit, shower, bath and toilet serving bedrooms three and four. All towels, linen and hairdryers are provided. Cot/Crib and a stroller provided to use free. Rollaway bed can be hired from our management company in advance at $35. per week. The kitchen is fully equipped which includes a waste disposal unit, dishwasher, microwave oven over cooker, large American size fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, etc There is also a breakfast table and chairs. Outside Area:The house has ample garden to all sides. The south-facing pool area has ample seating and bathing areas to catch the Florida sun! After a long day at the attractions you can come home and relax in the private spa. The pool is 28ft long 14ft wide which on request can be fully heated (optional extra cost), patio table and chairs. Both the pool and spa are south facing and attract the sun all day long
