Lliria holiday villa near Escorpion golf club - Valencia villa with pool

The Villa is 7km from the "Escorpion" golf club and 30 km from the well known "El Saler" golf club by the seaside. You can enjoy a mild weather all the year long and plenty of sunny days which make golfing a pleasure. Valencia is 25 km away. Far enough to keep the area quiet and uncrowded but close enough to be reached in a 15 minutes drive to enjoy visiting the old town, the museums and in 2010, the America's Cup Harbor, since Valencia will host once more some of the preliminary qualifying legs and the final races. The Liria area, where the house is located, is in a lovely landscape, mainly orange trees. The town is well served in terms of services: doctors, dentists, an emergency medical center and, next year we expect a new hospital to be inaugurated. There are many shops in the town and there is a street market every wednesday from 8am to 2pm.

Liria is an iberian settlement that was well know under the Roman rule as Edeta. You may enjoy visiting some of the archeological sites the town offers to visitor. Close to Liria, there is an other small town called Benisano where you may visit the castle where François Ier, King of France, was held as a hostage by the King of Spain until a ransom was paid for his freedom. The nearby Sierra Calderona desserves also a visit if you enjoy nature. It is a Natural Park and there areseveral trails well indicated that will enable you to see all the plain of Valencia up to the sea. Surrounding Liria, you can find as well several shopping and entertainment malls with well known stores as Decathlon, Media Markt, Zara, Benetton, Massimo Dutti, to mention a few. In those malls, you can also find cinema theaters, bowling centers, wellness centers and many restaurants.

Rental notes: Prices published are for a weekly rental for 4 adults occupancy. The minimum stay is one week. Rental prices for more than 4 adults will require a small adjustment.

The house has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds. There is a full bathroom for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances and provides a dinning corner with table and benches in case you would like to have your breakfast there. The living room is large and the dinning room is on a side. All rooms have windows to the garden and the house is lightful, which is really a pleasure given the number of sunny days the area enjoys all year long. Thru the kitchen you can access a small store and the door to the back garden which gives also to the outside area where the washer machine is located.

Outside Area:The villa was built on a 650 sqm plot in 2005. There is a perimetral wall and fence. The house has 110 sqm built area. There is a stone paved walk around the house. On the south side of the house there is a swimming pool 4x8 m that you can comfortably access from the terrace. The house has two gardens with lawn, palm trees and many flowers, one on the front facing the east side and one in the back. In total there is over 400 sqm garden space. In front of the entrance gate, there is a stoned paved area where one can park up to two cars. On the north side of the house, there are cherry trees that separate the porperty from the neighbours and provide privacy
