Providing the perfect base for larger groups. The property includes a private 12m pool with extensive patio for lounging, orchard and Grand Terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is also large portico ideal for dining out. Casa Gentili is in the small hamlet of Colle San Polo, 1 km from the village of Caprese Michelangelo, birthplace of the famous artist. Caprese has a range of facilities including tennis courts, restaurants, local shop, butcher, chemist, banks and post office. At the weekends during June, July and August guests can enjoy 'Dancing under the Stars', a free night of dancing at the local bar.

Court can be booked by guests. Adjacent to the house is a national way marked walk route. The area has a rich and vaired landscape while providing the perfect base for visiting the major attractions of Florence, Sienna, Perugia and San Marino. The beautiful hill top town of Anghiari is just 10 mins away while Sansepolcro is a 15/20 mins drive.

Rental notes: Prices are for Casa Gentili only, an additional £500 is charge for the annex (Casa Rosa) 20% discount on second week 30% deposit with booking, balance payable 28 days prior to arrival. 300 Euro bond (cheque or cash) payable on arrival, returned subject to no damage.
