LA ZENIA coastline has seen many changes in recent times. Spaniards so famous for their Fiestas and colourful lifestyle, any excuse for partying outside is always on the cards. Stroll along seafront walkway in Torrevieja in the warm evening sunshine, see the local people swimming in the sea pools and from the rocks fishing, often with a barbeque going. The shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, bakeries and Tapas bars are open for most of the night during the summer months. If you prefer English or other euorpean company you'll meet plenty of people to share a moment with. Restaurants and watering holes to wind away the hours and take in the atmosphere. Molino Blanco 11 is a luxury 2 bedded groundfloor private apartment on a small resort. South facing it affords the sunshine all day and late into the evening. It is fully airconditioned and alarmed for your wellbeing and relaxation whilst on holiday. It has everything to make your holiday travel as light as possible and is fully equipped for every eventuality.

Outside Area:The large conservatory arched balcony is off the lounge and moves on down to the large outside terrace with sun beds and a table and chairs on both. A stroll along the private walkway off the terrace brings you to the Solar heated all year round swimming pool about 30 meters from the apartment. The pool area is Private and reserved for residents only with card access, card provided with rental.
