The apartment is on the ground floor of a semi detached house. This house lies in a small group of a similar venetian style houses built 1 year ago among the trees of an old olive garden. Smell the scent blended with typical garden herbs and lemons. Feel free, by the way, to pick some when you`re cooking. Then sit back and enjoy the romantic view of both lake and mountains in a stunning sunset. This quiet village is so small that it`s name doesn`t appear on most maps. It`s called Scalette. Towns nearby are Assenza(1km north), Porto(1km south) and Borago(500mt up the mountain). The apartment is composed of 2 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, with bath tub and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with even a dishwasher, a dining room, a sitting room, an exit corridor, a corridor that connects bedrooms and bathrooms, this for more privacy, one storage room with a brand new washing machine, two terraces, one of them covered, excellent for having your meals and this lovely typical mediterranean garden, with a picturesque view. Feel free to bring your pets.

The bay area in front of our home is characterized by a quiet beach with little wave movement. Although enjoying a quiet neighborhood, your hammock, and that book that you promised yourself to read, there are really lots of activities within one halfhour drive!You can rent sailing or motorboats, even mountainbikes and then take the cableway for a terrific downhill. Just search youtube for "monte baldo" or "garda" and you`ll see experiences of happy people. Or you could try something new; have a freeclimbing or paragliding or diving clinic for instance. Visit Verona and see the houses of Romeo and Juliet. Reach easily Venice or Milan for an excursion, or medieval cities like Trento and Mantova.Follow wine trails or olive oil trails, I`ll be very glad to provide you tips and details. Indulge yourself in fragrances and tastes that haven`t changed for ages. The finest products of my country are created here. Just grab your bag!

Rental notes: The remaining three quarters of the rent amount will have to be payed four weeks before arrival. By canceling within four weeks before expected arrival, half of the total rent will be payed back to you. The pand is 300€.

The kitchen was built half a year ago, it comes really well equipped. As a matter of fact the house was meant for me to live in it. But due to sudden changes in my life I`m forced to stay in the Netherlands. In order to carry all costs I`m offering my place for rent. I`m uploading inside pictures of the apartment to give an idea of the rooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has 3 single beds. There is a sleeping couch of 1.40mt broad if you need another sleeping place. Although the house is comfortable at it`s best when you`re with max. 4 people. The architect designed the house both the inside as the outside, in order to offer quietness and privacy. You`ll see that bathrooms and resting rooms are easy to isolate from the rest of the living space by sliding doors. Outside Area:An old olive tree garden surrounds the property by three sides, the property is surrounded by a fence. Both terraces (front and rear) can be used to relax, sunbathe or eat. Don`t forget your hammock by the way. The beach is really nearby. It is one of the loveliest of the whole lake, you`ll see. There is even an underground passage to reach it, so that you don`t have to cross the street. Barbeque and garden furniture are waiting for you to come back from the beach. The upper apartment is my sister`s. She lives abroad too.
