Moraira has grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort whilst retaining its unique charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe and is particularly popular with the Spanish who come from Madrid and Valencia. It has a small and colourful Main Street, a large marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour -side fish restaurants and bars still all retaining their Spanish character. Beaches: About 15 minutes walk to the beautiful horseshoe bay beach at El Portet or to Ampolla, Moraira beach. Both beaches are of the best in Spain, clean, environmental friendly (No dogs allowed, no smoking), easy access, parking facilities and restaurants. Golf: Ifach Golf (9 holes) only a few minutes away, Javea Golf (18 holes) only a few minutes away. Restaurants: Many restaurants and bars of all categories within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Walk down to town, take a cab back. Supermarkets: Pepe la Sal, MasyMas, Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl. Shops: All sorts, you will find most makes/labels - in Moraira town.

Terrace level: Separate wing with 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms both with French doors out to the covered terrace, the wing has a shower room, separate WC and a bathroom with bidet. Spanish style Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with dishwashing machine and all necessary appliances: Oven(electric) and hob (gas), fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. The dining room has table and chairs to accommodate six, so has the covered terrace and the pool terrace.

Outside Area:The covered terrace has steps down to the pool area. Spanish style furniture. Pergola. 3 terraces and a pergola: tower room terrace, covered terrace and pool terrace. Externally your accommodation provides a large terrace area with a kidney shaped pool, seating area at the pool or under the pergola and a charcoal barbecue for those lazy days and al fresco meals.
